Accessibility

We have tried to make this site as accessible as possible. If however there are any improvements that you think we could make please let us know.

Most pages on this site validate against the Web Accessibility Initiative guidelines to at least priority level 1. Many of the pages validate to priority level 3.

Text size

The buttons at the top of the page allow you to easily change the size of text. If you wish to revert to your previous text size please click the button for the size that you want. By default the size is set at the lowest setting.

The text sizes are set in such a way that they can be easily scaled should you wish. Additionally the print option near the top of each page can be used to display the page with no images.

We have chosen not to use access keys. If you think that the use of access keys could increase the usability of the site please tell us.

Cookies

Both text size and print options are changed by setting a cookie on your computer which recognises which style you have chosen. This cookie has no other function and does not gather any information about your visit to our site.

Navigation

The main navigation links have been placed after the main text on each page. Thus allowing access to the main text before the navigation is read.
