Advice sessions are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Appointments are available on Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm & 2.00 to 4.30 pm
There may be times when we are very busy and we may be unable to give you advice on the day.
All matrimonial matters and general advice cases are dealt with at this branch, subject to adviser availability including:

The Bureau is an independent charity and a member of the national Citizens Advice organisation. Unlike almost all other Citizens Advice Bureau our services are not directed at clients from any particular local authority area, but come from London and beyond.
We provide Free, Confidential, Impartial legal and procedural advice and assistance to anyone who is a litigant in person in these courts regardless of their race, gender, sexuality or disability. Although we are here primarily to assist court users, we may be able to assist others who do not have a case going through the court. However, due to resources, we are often unable to do this and would advise you to attend your nearest Citizens Advice Bureau if you are not using these courts.
The Bureau has strong support from law firms based in the City of London and around the Courts. Employed lawyers, supported by volunteer solicitors from almost 60 firms, provide free advice on civil law and family matters that are dealt with at the Courts on a daily basis.
In addition, the Bureau provides general advice on all areas of social welfare law to its clients, operates a Specialist Debt Advice Service, Bankruptcy Service (with a help desk close to the Bankruptcy Court) and runs the Miscarriages of Justice Support Service.
