We have been funded initially for 2 years by the Tampon Tax Fund to expand access to legal advice for women experiencing domestic abuse through the provision of phone and email consultancy advice, digital tools, and an online forum for front line workers who assist women.

FLOWS – Finding Legal Options for Women Survivors is going to be delivered by the Family Team of RCJ Advice, in partnership with Rights of Women.

FLOWS addresses a significant gap in the availability of legal-advice resources for front-line professionals in Women’s Refuges, Women’s Aid organisations and organisations that provide safe environments to disclose abuse: for example, local Citizens Advice services, law clinics, and court-based services such as Support Through Court.

If you are an agency that works with women and are interested in getting access to the legal advice for the women you work with please call 0203 745 7707 or email us at flows@rcjadvice.org.uk.

A poster to display for your volunteers and workers is available here.

If you are a front line worker or woman wanting to complete an FL401, the form to apply for an injunction such as a Non-molestation order and/or occupation order please use this link. CourtNav will assist you to complete the application and the statement you need for court and if you want to have legal aid, will link you with a domestic abuse accredited solicitor.
