If you don’t have access to email we are open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm at the following, but note we do not offer on the day advice at these venues.

If you live in Islington, you can call our Citizens Advice Islington Adviceline for free on 0808 278 7836. Lines are open from Monday – Friday 10am to 4pm.

If you’d like to make a complaint you can email the Chief Executive at feedback@rcjadvice.org.uk or send a letter to Chief Executive, RCJ Advice – Citizens Advice & Law Centre, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL . We follow the Citizens Advice complaints procedure, which says that we should acknowledge your complaint in five working days and provide a full response within eight weeks.
